That is how you scale your influence and if you’re a company that is how you scale your business. We'll all be able to grow together as we keep learning from each other.The world chess champion, Magnus Carlsen, became Grandmaster at thirteen. If you have a proven method that generates results and has successes in any part of your life, you should take the time to put that into a repeatable and teachable concept that allows others to do it just as successfully. Lastly this book showed me the incredible value of creating processes that can be repeated by others. Other best practices I stay consistent with to put myself ahead, is to implement reading 10 pages a day in a good book, frequent journaling, and picking up Spanish lessons on the Babble App. From those of you who might have seen, I recently completed my second Tony Robbins Virtual Seminar of 2021. With this time, I have made it a priority to continuously invest in learning and growing opportunities outside of the career. Whether it was specific times to wake up in the morning, early morning workouts, and even breaks to read, all of those detailed out tasks during the day helped me hold myself accountable when others might find it easy to slip-up. That is where I have found routines to be incredibly helpful. Because essentially no one outside of your house is going to know any different. During this time of nearly two years of COVID, with a heavy dose of work from home, it is easy to slip up and leave yourself unaccountable for many projects day after day. Whether you may think of that as holding yourself accountable or other people on your team, the ability to take the appropriate steps in a timely manner is key to getting goals accomplished. The biggest factor in all of this and being able to implement any action items that I come up with is – Accountability. What is measured can be scaled and improved You must create systems that are able to operate without you.
